green smoothies are an optimal choice if you’re looking for a healthy and delicious way to get both fruits and veggies into your daily routine. I actually crave my green smoothie, and I have my recipe below (only 6 ingredients!). and I share some other green smoothie recipes for you to try too – let me know which ones you like! or share your own green smoothie recipe.
SugarApple green smoothie recipe
1 cup of milk or milk alternative
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1/2 english cucumber
1 scoop of protein powder (I use Jay Robb egg white protein powder)
2-3 handfuls of baby spinach or baby kale (or use both 🙂 )
preferred sweetener (honey, agave, brown rice syrup, etc)
- Put all ingredients in your Vitamix or high speed blender in the order above (starting with milk choice)
- Blend until all ingredients are fully mixed.
- Enjoy and love how your body feels. 😉
