I have a weakness for sweetness, and for health reasons I definitely try to minimize my sugar consumption…but everything in moderation, right? 😉 it’s good to experiment with alternative types of sugar over granulated white sugar…like honey just to vary your sweet tooth a bit (if you can call it that), and see what fits you best. honey is a natural sweetener and has many natural benefits, but most importantly — let’s face it, the taste of honey is soooo good.
