go gaga for goat cheese.

if I could have goat cheese (aka chèvre) every day at every meal (and get away with it from a health stand point), I would. but I can’t.  so I don’t.

but if I could, I’m sharing how I would find a way to have it throughout the day.  like at every meal.  dream with me a bit…as I go gaga for goat cheese.  do you like goat cheese as much as me?  Do Tell!

breakfast

scrambled eggs with goat cheese* OR

hazelnut crepes with mushrooms, kale and goat cheese*

lunch/dinner

apple, goat cheese, and pecan pizza*  OR roast chicken and goat cheese sandwich 

warm goat cheese salad* 

chicken roulade stuffed goat cheese and spaghetti squash with goat cheese & garlic sauce* 

dessert

lavender goat cheese cheesecakes* OR apple and goat cheese tartlets with thyme honey*
