eat in color: try it tuesday

thought it would be great to revisit my eat-in-color series with a day of what else, eating in color.  😉  all recipes are #meatless and can work for #MeatlessMonday.  tell me your favs!

green + red breakfast

scrambled eggs with kale*  via simply recipes w/sliced blood oranges*

green lunch

 fig and goat cheese pizza with arugula via bon appetit

red snack

pomegranate* arils w/ a handful of spicy herb nuts via my recipes (sweet + spice = oh-so-nice)

orange dinner

whole wheat pumpkin gnocchi via the iron you

*in-season winter produce
