breaking bread.

if you haven’t made bread, you must.  and I have the perfect easy no knead white bread recipe from King Arthur Flour.  it’s their 2016 recipe of the year,  and I can see why.  not only will it make your home smell ah-ma-zing, but the satisfaction of making, creating and baking loaves (your way) is something to celebrate.  at least in my point of view.

so I made two versions: (1) the classic white bread and  then, (2)  a cinnamon cranberry pecan variation that I got from their Flourish blog, where they share step-by-step directions for creating this and other variations.  and yes, it does taste as good as it looks!  have you made this before?  share your pics.  😉
