breakfast

blueberry tofu smoothie via health.com (purple/blue)

lunch 

spiced vegan lentil soup via cookie and kate (green + red)

panini with artichokes* hearts, spinach and red peppers via nytimes cooking (green + red)

snack

banana (yellow) + justin’s maple almond butter 

dinner

mediterranean five grain rainbow salad (w/ *radishes) via green kitchen stories (ALL colors)

dessert 

fresh apricot bars via white on rice couple (orange)

*spring seasonal produce
