spring is finally here and it’s time to fully enjoy the best of spring produce! I’m sharing a perfect day of spring eats and recipes. tell me what you think. 😉
a day of spring eats
breakfast: strawberries (blend them into a green smoothie or just eat them raw)
lunch: spring pea pasta w/asparagus via chocolate for basil (using both asparagus and peas is a win-win)
snack: fresh apricots (delicious with some yogurt & honey or diced w/some nuts)
dinner*: chicken w/morel mushroom sauce via NoRecipeRequired & radish salad w/goat cheese via cooking light
dessert: cherry lemonade popsicle via lexi’s clean eating (cherries scream ‘warm weather’ 🙂 )
*radishes are a breath of fresh air and morel mushrooms add a different texture to everyday dishes.
