it’s caribbean fast food…the pate (pah-tay). Sounds like “par-ty” food, right? Close, because your tastebuds will be dancing in delight after having a pate. It’s yummy filling is wrapped in dough and then typically fried (or it can be baked) but it’s always, soooooo good. (very similar to an empanada!)
